At Arvon Adventures, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return for any products purchased from Arvon Adventures under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The item(s) must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed.
  • Products that are custom-made or personalized.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s) unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  4. Packing the Return: Ensure that all returned items are securely packaged in their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned items.

Please note:

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund Timing: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective products.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
